No funciona el sistema ERP.<\/h4>\n

Es muy com\u00fan escuchar esta frase en las empresas que acaban de implementar un nuevo sistema ERP y, en algunas ocasiones, puede ser verdad. Pero me atrever\u00eda a decir que la mayor\u00eda de las veces no es as\u00ed, pues se tiende a generalizar de esa manera problemas en la implementaci\u00f3n de un nuevo sistema ERP.<\/p>\n

Un sistema funciona bien siempre y cuando \u201ccuatro patas sostengan bien la mesa<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Estas patas son:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Usuarios: bien entrenados y que est\u00e9n predispuestos al cambio, pues un nuevo sistema siempre implica cambios en la empresa, nuevas formas de hacer las cosas, lo que para algunos usuarios ser\u00e1 muy beneficioso y para otros no tanto. El resultado ser\u00e1 que los mejores resultados obtenidos, tanto en menores tiempos como en la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n, permitan realizar un mejor an\u00e1lisis y tomar decisiones acertadas.<\/li>\n
  2. Calidad de datos: aunque parezca f\u00e1cil y obvio, no lo es. En m\u00e1s del 90% de las implementaciones los datos iniciales tienen errores que luego son arrastrados al nuevo sistema, lo que los usuarios muchas veces confunden como errores del sistema. En toda implementaci\u00f3n de un nuevo sistema es fundamental que se invierta el tiempo necesario para realizar la revisi\u00f3n de los datos a cargar al sistema.<\/li>\n
  3. Procesos: por lo general todo sistema nuevo trae sus propios procesos o \u201cmejores pr\u00e1cticas\u201d. Con ellos, cada empresa debe adaptarlos con los implementadores para que faciliten el trabajo en conjunto y, una vez definidos, que sean respetados por todos los usuarios involucrados. La disciplina es parte del \u00e9xito de una implementaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  4. El Sistema: si un sistema presenta fallas (errores de programaci\u00f3n, de configuraci\u00f3n o de uso) no cumplir\u00e1 los objetivos por los cuales la empresa lo compr\u00f3. Estas fallas pueden deberse a que el implementador no tiene la experiencia o el suficiente conocimiento para implementarlo, as\u00ed como a problemas del sistema en su adaptaci\u00f3n a legislaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds. Es posible que esto suceda y para eso es muy importante la selecci\u00f3n tanto de un buen sistema como de un implementador adecuados para su empresa. No todos los sistemas son iguales y no todos los implementadores tienen la experiencia suficiente para implementarlo correctamente. La clave del \u00e9xito est\u00e1 en la selecci\u00f3n del mejor sistema y del mejor implementador para su empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Como puede ver, la frase \u201cel sistema no funciona<\/em>\u201d se puede deber a uno de estos cuatro puntos, o la combinaci\u00f3n de algunos de ellos. Es f\u00e1cil decir \u201cel sistema no funciona<\/em>\u201d, pero hay que precisar en qu\u00e9 pata o patas est\u00e1 el problema. En nuestra experiencia, a la cuarta \u201cpata\u201d es a la que normalmente se le echa la culpa, pero en la mayor\u00eda de casos el problema no radica en ella.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
