Pues s\u00ed los hay. En nuestras experiencias lo hemos visto muchas veces y son situaciones dif\u00edciles de manejar; si el implementador no tiene la experiencia y no se comprometen seriamente a la correcta implementaci\u00f3n del sistema, hasta se puede llegar a un boicot o sabotaje al sistema \u2026 aunque usted no lo crea.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo general estos casos se presentan en ambientes en donde no existe un buen clima laboral y los usuarios piensan que la implementaci\u00f3n de un nuevo sistema puede hasta quitarles su puesto de trabajo o perjudicarlo, le tienen miedo, piensan que no aprender\u00e1n a usarlo bien, que fracasar\u00e1n y que \u00e9ste ser\u00e1 un motivo de despido o de no promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n a la resistencia al cambio es una tarea compartida entre la empresa y el implementador, la cual se tiene que analizar antes de iniciar una implementaci\u00f3n. Para ello, se debe tener informaci\u00f3n del ambiente de trabajo y de todo lo que se pueda saber de los usuarios, incluso hasta tener un peque\u00f1o perfil de cada uno de ellos. El siguiente paso es definir una estrategia compartida con los l\u00edderes del proyecto de la empresa y del implementador, entender lo importante que es dar los mensajes correctos, transparentes, decir la verdad y qu\u00e9 objetivos se busca con el nuevo sistema. Y por \u00faltimo, establecer los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n adecuados entre usuarios, implementadores y l\u00edderes del proyecto; toda cr\u00edtica, recomendaci\u00f3n o mejora siempre debe ser escuchada y de ser buena aplicarla, hacer sentir importante a los usuarios es una buena estrategia.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es que los mejores implementadores sean los mismos usuarios y que su participaci\u00f3n en el proyecto ser\u00e1 vital para su \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rechazo al cambio a un nuevo sistema de informaci\u00f3n empresarial.
