Estos contratos laborales deben ser aprobados por el Ministerio de Trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante se\u00f1alar que una vez que se contrata a un trabajador extranjero, \u00e9ste tiene los mismos derechos y beneficios que los trabajadores locales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay que recordar que los trabajadores extranjeros no deben superar el 20% de toda la fuerza laboral de la empresa, y el salario total recibido por ellos no debe exceder el 30% de la n\u00f3mina total de la empresa. Se puede hacer ciertas excepciones con respecto a un salario m\u00e1s alto en el caso de trabajadores t\u00e9cnicos o puestos gerenciales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el trabajador extranjero puede perder su estado migratorio si est\u00e1 fuera del pa\u00eds por m\u00e1s de 183 d\u00edas por a\u00f1o (en un per\u00edodo de 12 meses), por lo cual se recomienda monitorear este tema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ley laboral en el Per\u00fa tiene acuerdos tanto para las empresas como para los trabajadores. Aunque las limitaciones para los trabajadores extranjeros se manejan de manera justa, es importante recordar que dentro de cada ley hay varias excepciones.
